Daniel O Great fun and music. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Thin plotline ruined by mediocre acting. I admit some of the lines were funny! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Some cute strippers and a great drag queen Gloria Ineggshellsis! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Certainly not as sharp on its musical homage/satire as it hoped to be. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member A fun and frothy movie of mistaken identities, set off Broadway in an unlikely, but eagerly embraced world. If you like musicals, you'll like this one. If you hate musicals ... please don't see it. The characters are likely to break into song and dance at any time... the songs are refreshing and upbeat, the story unlikely and enjoyable. Cameos by an array of familiar faces add to the fun. I hear there is a sequel in the works, and I'm eagerly looking forward to that. So far, the only place to see Waiting in the Wings is at film festivals, and it has garnished a fair share of awards - mostly for Audience Favorite - as it made the rounds. Look for a more general release in the fall, according to the filmmaker. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
