successfully expands the world created by the SNL skits, following the logic of the characters, but taking them out of the basement and giving them more depth and nuance without losing the traits that fans already loved

Watching it again after so may years was still enjoyable and brought me right back to my youth. This movie surprised me with its jokes and breaking the 4th wall. Iconic characters that will continue to be a 90’s classic forever.

Wayne's World really throws you into a different world when you watch it in 2025. Wayne would just be a YouTuber, or a Podcaster in today's world, but back in these times, he was ahead of the curve by being a public broadcasting host. The movie is really silly and a lot of fun filled to the brim with jokes. It's worth a watch even in modern times.

I first watched this when it came out and seen it numerous times since. To this day, I still don’t know if I like or dislike this film. Some of the gags are awful, some are great. It’s all very rushed and chaotic, but that’s what worked I suppose.

This is a comedy classic that probably doesn't hold up well like it used to, but is still a funny movie. There is some great references to other movies and Mike Myers just has that natural charisma and humour that carries the movie. Dana Carvey had a good performance as well, but I felt that some of the jokes did not land. Breaking the fourth wall is something that is ahead of its time, something that works really well for this film. The car scene where they're singing "Bohemian Rhapsody" is just an absolute classic. You still have to love these 90's comedies because these don't get made anymore.
