Terrific documentary melding history, interviews, vintage footage, and fresh takes on the queen of the Catskills resort hotels - alas now gone. Now I understand the Catskills and the Borscht Belt's influence on lives, culture, comedy, vacation travel, and resorts - and enduring Jewish humor.
