Nell Minow Common Sense Media Predictable farce isn't very funny or original. Rated: 1/5 Dec 29, 2010 Full Review Nick Schager Lessons of Darkness Complements the awfulness of its protagonists' Caucasian camouflage with putrid bathroom humor, pitiable romance and brainless racial/social commentary. Rated: C- Jun 27, 2006 Full Review Amy Simmons Time Out Most gags are as weak as they are derivative, offering little incentive to suspend one's disbelief, and as for the gender politics, well... you can only imagine. Jun 24, 2006 Full Review Justin Brown Medium Popcorn This is planetary pile of dogshit. This should have never been made. The Wayans Brothers made the most disappointing comedy in recent memory. Rated: 1/5 Apr 7, 2022 Full Review Tatiana Albandos Medium Popcorn I still found this hilarious. If this is ever on the TV, airline flight or available on a streamer I'm always watching. Rated: 4/5 Apr 7, 2022 Full Review Brandon Collins Medium Popcorn This film was a preview for what was to come for our society and not in a good way...I had a hard time getting through this one. Bettina H So funny! Absolutely love this movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/28/25 Full Review Gareth E I watched this after an acquaintance described it as a "hilarious cult classic." It's lowbrow garbage that will appeal to a certain demographic, but I couldn't make it past the 45-minute mark. I had low expectations of the Wayans brothers, but nothing could have prepared for how excruciatingly unfunny this was. Some movies can be enjoyed by simply switching your brain off for a while, but this requires that you remove it and boil it in acid before launching it into the sun. It's unrelentingly idiotic and crude, which can work when done well and with a degree of self-awareness, but there's only so much slapstick and toilet humour I can endure. It'll probably be enjoyed by 12-year-old boys or those with the minds of 12-year-old boys. If this is what Americans think is gut wrenchingly funny satire it explains a lot. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/25/25 Full Review Munchie A Hilarious, campy, and totally absurd. Mrs. Doubtfire is gonna have a BF about this film. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/24/25 Full Review Brice L Cult classic, hilarious to watch anytime with the family! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/20/25 Full Review Cort S Great movie and great cast Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/20/25 Full Review Gerard M.
