Wesley Morris Boston Globe Despite its hipster-coffeehouse soundtrack, foul mouth, randy characters, and violent patches, Wilby is wholesome and ultimately remarkable for its optimism. georgan g This is not an action comedy, but rather a plot that picks up steam as it rolls along. Good acting, with characters that are humans. The kind of LGBTQ+ film you could take your straight friends to. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Enjoyable small-town quirky comedy. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review steve d Not wonderful, simply passable and forgettable. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Simple enough movie about small town life, greed, and the trials & tribulations of that life. One thing I do agree with, I've always hated that small town mentality about "outsiders"... It's all bullshit. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Not much story too this film. It dabs a little bit here and there but never paints a whole picture. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member A excellent independent film with a few big name stars. Excellent mix of drama, comedy, and mystery.
