Using tropes isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but “Wingwomen” fails to employ them creatively and on its own terms — change the dubbing to English, and the movie could be any other Hollywood blockbuster.

Even amidst those slight flaws, the core of Wingwomen, an exploration of identity and friendship, never lets up. Add some incredibly-crafted action sequences to the mix, and you've got a winner.

This movie was so funny and beautiful. I wasn’t sure I was going to like it because Im not a fan of having to rely on subtitles but it was so much better than I could have imagined. The best movie Netflix has put out in the past couple of years for sure.

Tedious, touchy-feely film with a ridiculous plot. The worst thing is the shouting to show how tough Alex is, and how difficult she is by her frowning most of the time, and even worse is Melanie constantly bursting into laughter. Isabelle Adjani looks and sounds like a waxwork. A film made by a woman for women. Not disappointing as much as a waste of two hours. The film should have lost 45 minutes in the edit suite. Avoid.

They tried and failed. I successfully wasted my time by watching this movie after checking the review on Rotten Tomatoes (71%). Plot was good but the makers couldn't keep the flow of the movie in s row. I would say acting part was also not so good.

Heist buddy movie where the buddies are 2 women and they recruit a newbie who is also another lady. French movie based on a graphic novel. Story is cool so is the action and fights and car chases. 🍿🍿🍿🍿/5
