When people aren't fighting on screen (e.g., the first forty fucking minutes) it's one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen. And Jackie's role is a glorified cameo.

Winners And Sinners is another gift from legendary Sammo Hung, who directs and stars in this, one of his great early films. With ensemble cast from 'Lucky Stars' of 80's and 90's including Jackie Chan. It is non-stop comedy Kung Fu entertainment!
