Definitely a bit dated. And seemingly ashamed of embracing the colorful origins of the X-Men. X-Men still manages to be a pretty good time! More importantly, this is the movie that made some of the most historic and PERFECT casting decisions. Setting the stage for a future with exciting possibilities.

While some of the dialogue feels phoned in, even for the 2000's, and the CGI looks clunky in some places, X-Men stays true to the comics in almost every way, and is definitely a good way to spend two hours when you are craving an action movie.

It’s a classic. Has its quirks, moderate CGI, Storm’s joke (if ykyk). My review is not going to give this movie as much justice as it deserves because it didn’t resonate with me this watch, mainly because I had to pause and finish it the next day. All in all, it is still a nice classic. Oh and I want the comic accurate suits.

X-Men (2000) This movie is spectacular, it's very dynamic and fast-paced. The cast has a unique charisma; it's great to watch this movie multiple times and still enjoy it immensely.
