Shane Leslie M 07/06/2023 Stylistic, existential, kafkaesque and so a theatrical handling of a difficult genre. Entertaining, not quite Popeye, but close!! See more 03/18/2023 Nothing great here but well worth watching. Yes I recommend it. James Welch, Henderson, Arkansas March 18, 2023. See more 01/07/2019 This was an exciting movie to watch and was full of action. Bill Tilghman was as large as life like the movie portrayed. See more 06/13/2017 Not a bad TV western . Good story about a real life Wild West lawman . You could do much worse than this . (Just turn on Netflix and look at the garbage westerns on there ). Hard to beat Sam on a horse . See more 05/13/2012 Great western, with Sam Elliott at his best. See more 04/11/2012 When Sam Elliot leaves this world we will say goodbye to the last of the real cowboy actors, as no one plays a western part better then him. Based on a true story Sam plays the part of Bill Tillman who leaves the law business to become an actor but when a town in Oklahoma is running wild with no law, he is asked by the towns people to come cleanup there town. So its back to being a lawmen, with many challenges, worth 4 1/2 stars. See more Read all reviews
