A crime anthology series where viewers are taken on the journey of the defendant. Each episode opens in a courtroom on the accused, with viewers knowing nothing about their crime or how they ended up on trial. Told from the defendant's point of view through flashbacks, "Accused" holds a mirror up to the current times with evocative and emotional stories. Viewers discover how an ordinary person gets caught up in an extraordinary situation, ultimately revealing how one wrong turn leads to another, until it's too late to turn back.

Charles L. F @RT68408365 Sep 3 I love the rotating cast. It reminds me of the old Twilight zone.. where some of your best talent showcase their skills and formats such as these. I too agree with a critic who said something similar to this.."accused needs more than an hour to address such complex story lines. I hate to see it go away.. I would rather see a go to one of the many networks who made better fit this type casting and in between genre . The pacing was uneven, and the storytelling felt confusing at times. Characters lacked depth, making it hard to connect or care about their journeys. Based on the reviews, it seems a lot of viewers and critics cannot be bothered or are unable to empathise as otherwise the reviews would be more favorable.
