The reason to watch is the byplay between the family members, who bubble with yakkety dysfunction, and the moments when the hijinks veer into delirium. Go to Full Review

[The series] rockets along, so chaotic and with such energy there’s hardly time to laugh out loud. Go to Full Review

Each 30-minute episode goes down like a sweet-and-hot snack. You look forward to the next burn, and the next upheaval, and, most important of all, the next laugh. Go to Full Review
Marlon Wallace The M Report (WBOC.com) May 13
So much of the show is built on the sibling rivalry between Nicky and Morgan... The show feels like 90-percent sibling bickering where Nicky and Morgan are just going back-and-forth, often yelling and screaming at each other. Go to Full Review
Neely Swanson Beverly Hills Courier May 8
The humor is sly and the characters are well drawn. Even as the story starts leaning to the absurd, which is most of the time, it will still hold you as you smile at the mayhem. Go to Full Review

It’s a high-paced, high-energy caper with just the right hint of sass. Go to Full Review

Mable A @Mable849 19h I loved it, finished it in a single day. Wish Season 2 could be released sooner. Dan Levy is excellent as expected. And I know a lot of people hated Morgan's character but I found it to be very natural. See more Stella S @Stella891 3d Im enjoying this way more than i thought I would. I Iove the petty arguements. See more Peter A @RT49664779 5d I could not get beyond the first 15 minutes. Every character is introduced as abrasive, selfish or thoroughly unpleasant, leaving no one to care about and no reason to continue watching. The attempt to extract comedy from the mistreatment of elderly people, dementia and a tragic death struck me as grotesque rather than daring. Family cruelty, nastiness and contrived anguish are presented as though they are inherently funny. When did horrible people behaving horribly become enough to qualify as comedy? There is little wit or insight here, only ugliness dressed up as sophistication. It did not make me laugh. It made me feel physically ill. Dan Levy seems trapped in the same familiar mannerisms, facial expressions and vocal rhythms. The performance feels recycled from Schitt’s Creek rather than shaped for a new character. Perhaps it improves, but the opening gave me no reason to find out. It mistakes obnoxiousness for humour, discomfort for daring and cruelty for entertainment. See more Irma J @Irma98 5d I had to push myself through episode three and I'm so glad I did. Can't wait for next season. See more Bill T @btreakle Jul 13 “Big Mistakes” This was a real funny series with Laura Metcalf and Daniel Levy.  This one remind me a lot of the humor from schitts Creek. It had an amazing cast and a lot of funny lines and great performances from everyone. Very well written and funny from beginning to end a limited series but one I think that most people can enjoy if you like the humor of Daniel Levy. The premise of this movie is very funny and the two main characters kind of get sucked into the helping a drug cartel. Again I highly recommend this series I enjoyed it very much.
