Dais Johnston Inverse It’s funnier than it should be, more touching than the premise allows, and has some genuine rug-pull plot twists that, with the right fan following, could cement this as the next international hit. Feb 25, 2025 Full Review Weiting Liu Common Sense Media Villain AI Cassandra's retro design turns out sloppy rather than scary – but in an amusing way adds some B-movie charms reminiscent of 1980s Hollywood. Feb 13, 2025 Full Review John Serba Decider Cassandra’s spirited opener is entertaining, and even though it points toward more predictable plot developments, it’s still worth sticking with for another episode or two. Feb 11, 2025 Full Review Chris Joyce Movies and Munchies (YouTube) The excitement and nervousness will have you on the edge of your seat while you constantly look over your shoulder to ensure your smart devices aren’t scheming behind you. Rated: 4.5/5 Feb 6, 2025 Full Review Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com Cassandra, on Netflix, is a thrilling ride from start to end and will give you goosebumps, in spite of the tropes. Rated: 4/5 Feb 6, 2025 Full Review Kelcie Mattson Collider Fusing elements of sci-fi, horror, psychological thriller, and women-focused family dramas of decades past, Cassandra is quieter than the company's films but still a sleek, ambitious limited series with plenty of meat on its bones... M L Google "Efteling heks poort" and see where the makers got their inspiration for the robot from :-) Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/05/25 Full Review Mark H Why didn't they just knock he down? Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/26/25 Full Review Mateusz S At a glance Cassandra seems like a really generic show. I mean it deals with a killer robot when we already had media like Megan release years before. But if you watch the show it gets much better then expected. The main point of the show isn't how its "about a killer robot". It pulls you in through the mystery and trying to learn what is going on as you are left without any information at the start. You don't know who Cassandra is and why Sam and her family moved or what their like. As the show goes on you learn more about who Cassandra really is and the family that lives in the house in the 70s and modern times. At some parts of the story you realise what will happen and start to dread that what you think will happen will happen in the show, and when it does. You're left jaw dropped. Cassandra is a downward rollercoaster that never gets better for the characters. The set in the show is also amazing. The way everything looks in the 70s smart house looks like something out of fallout. But the fact its also in modern day also gives it unique atmosphere. And I love how they play into that fact, with how it is modern day and yet Cassandra is stuck in the 70s as a person. Cassandra has some flaws. But despite that its a show well worth watching. Highly recommend watching blind with no reviews watched beforehand. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/20/25 Full Review Guido K Intriguing promise, but a ridiculous plot and poor acting. One kick and the stupid vacuum would have been helpless on it's back. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/19/25 Full Review Sara Z It is very good, hate cassandra!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/29/25 Full Review Ryan D Well done, this show was great i hope they do another one. But in a different time line but kinda the same. Great show looking for something to watch pick this show. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/24/25 Full Review Read all reviews
