Dais Johnston Inverse It’s funnier than it should be, more touching than the premise allows, and has some genuine rug-pull plot twists that, with the right fan following, could cement this as the next international hit. Feb 25, 2025 Full Review Weiting Liu Common Sense Media Villain AI Cassandra's retro design turns out sloppy rather than scary – but in an amusing way adds some B-movie charms reminiscent of 1980s Hollywood. Feb 13, 2025 Full Review John Serba Decider Cassandra’s spirited opener is entertaining, and even though it points toward more predictable plot developments, it’s still worth sticking with for another episode or two. Feb 11, 2025 Full Review Chris Joyce Movies and Munchies (YouTube) The excitement and nervousness will have you on the edge of your seat while you constantly look over your shoulder to ensure your smart devices aren’t scheming behind you. Rated: 4.5/5 Feb 6, 2025 Full Review Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com Cassandra, on Netflix, is a thrilling ride from start to end and will give you goosebumps, in spite of the tropes. Rated: 4/5 Feb 6, 2025 Full Review Kelcie Mattson Collider Fusing elements of sci-fi, horror, psychological thriller, and women-focused family dramas of decades past, Cassandra is quieter than the company's films but still a sleek, ambitious limited series with plenty of meat on its bones... Danielle P A série é bem parada, bem estranha. Não explica como a Cassandra funciona. Enfim! Bem ruim! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/23/25 Full Review Audience Member I liked the story and the themes, art direction and set design, only some of the acting. The dialog was the weakest link, rather conveying concept than anything that people would actually say. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/17/25 Full Review Audience Member A seriously eerie and creepy programme from the get go, "Cassandra" may utilise a lot of science-fiction horror clichés (of course the robot is actually a recreation of a dead woman, of course she tries to steal the family to replace her own that she lost) it uses them well. The final episode adds a few curve balls into the mix which, despite being unexpected, don't feel unearned. There is a running theme of the power of motherhood and the dangers of toxic masculinity running throughout, narratives that continue to be socially relevant and necessary. Definately recommend if you don't mind being scared and disturbed Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/10/25 Full Review William V As a public service, I strongly advise not wasting any of your valuable time watching this terrible show. After the 1st episode you may have a curiosity of what comes next, but don't fall for it. This show deserves to be forgotten. Its actors, writers, and producers should go ahead and find alternate careers. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/09/25 Full Review M W Started off strong and eventually fizzled. Premise was great initially but then the father turned weak which was unneeded. The son had a 'relationship' which wasn't needed for the story other than to support one of the writers social agendas which seems to get shoved in our face everywhere these days.
