Potluck takes on a whole different meaning at dinner parties organized by celebrated marijuana aficionado Snoop Dogg. And when his co-host is none other than trusted lifestyle expert Martha Stewart, these gatherings might have to be seen to be believed. That's what VH1 hopes is the case for this weekly series, which features polar opposites Snoop and Martha at the head of the table, each putting personal spins on dishes for themed meals. The half-baked evenings of cocktails, cooking, conversation, and fun include Seth Rogen, Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross, Naya Rivera, Ashley Graham, Jason Derulo, 50 Cent, Fat Joe, Kathy Griffin and Robin Thicke among the invitees. Musical guests join the fun, too. Pass the pot... uh, I mean, pepper. Read More Read Less

Lauren Carroll Harris Guardian Thank you Viceland for this glorious piece of ironic programming. Jul 29, 2019 Full Review Matt Zoller Seitz New York Magazine/Vulture Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party which debuts tonight on VH1, carries itself like it's the strangest and most surprising new program of the year. Nov 18, 2016 Full Review Anne Easton Observer Now [Martha and Snoop have] come together for this eclectic cooking show, one that's equal parts kind of ridiculous and amazing at the same time. But, mostly it's just really pretty fun to watch. Nov 18, 2016 Full Review Andy Dehnart Reality Blurred The show can feel like its title, which is trying so hard to be clever that it ends up being pointless. Feb 26, 2020 Full Review Melissa Camacho Common Sense Media Despite the awkward moments, Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party shows how people with very different backgrounds and cultural experiences can still bond over the time-honored tradition of sharing a meal. Rated: 3/5 Nov 18, 2016 Full Review Lara Zarum Flavorwire Once everyone loosens up, the show is irresistible, and a reminder that for all the "2016-is-a-garbage-fire" talk, it's also a time in which a rap mogul and a disgraced lifestyle empress can come together.
