What to Know

Critics Consensus

On Call is an undemanding patrol thanks to its half-hour format, but the shorter runtime is about the only new novelty it brings to the cop drama genre.

The show is trying to be sharp and immediate, using 30-minute episodes and body camera footage, but it ends up having little to say about the dynamic between the officers or wider policing issues. Go to Full Review

Samuel F. @Sgt_Random 1d Loved every minute of this show. I hope Peacock picks it up. Why do companies always try to budget cut top viewed shows causing conflict and inevitably canceling the show. See more Vic C @Vic100 Feb 4 Thoroughly enjoyed it See more Abhilash R @Abs_tvbuff Jan 10 On call is a bloody good drama series. Takes the daily issues that cops on the street face. Was an eye opener with the troubles they go through. The actors gel well and each episode is worth watching. Starts a bit slow but then starts getting binge worthy. If you like cop dramas , this ones not to be missed. See more Mike R. @mrcar64 Dec 20 Great show. Worth another season. Hope it gets approved.
