Synopsis
"Tatau" is a drama series following the traveling experience of two friends in their 20s. Kyle Connor and Paul "Budgie" Griffiths, from London, have spent months working hard and saving for their round-the-world trip. In his excitement over the upcoming adventure, Kyle decides to get a Maori-style tattoo to symbolize the ultimate destination -- the Cook Islands. But once the guys arrive in the sun-filled land, Kyle notices that the locals are reacting strangely at the sight of the tattoo. Their trip becomes mysterious when they find the body of a dead girl in a lagoon where, to their horror, the corpse disappears without any explanation.
