Season two of The Last of Us may run only seven episodes and have a slightly slower pace than its freshman outing, but it remains an excellent step forward for what has been quite an incredible adaptation of the popular video game series.

Great season one, major disappointment in season two! Didn’t even finish the second season. Seams like the writers prioritized a controversial twist, rather than continuing on a great and suspenseful story. Garbage!

The whole show was ruined after S2 E2. We didn't even want to finish the season. The death of the main character was pointless to the storyline. Building up the 2 main characters and their relationship didn't make sense. The death had no meaning, and the way he died didn't add up after the type of character they built up. Don't waste time starting the series. You wouldn't want to finish it.

The Last of Us does a great job making a series from a video game. The casting is okay, but the overall plot is extremely well done and I wouldn't want it any other way. I like the LGBTQ+ representation in this show too. Their take on the zombie apocalypse is also really neat! Additionally, the set design, zombies, and music are all outstanding. I started playing the games after I got introduced to the show and I really am enjoying The Last of Us in general. Looking forward to season 3!

I noticed someone say that this season was being review bombed because of homophobia. But Maybe its getting bad reviews because it’s boring and the two main characters don’t come across as believable actual strong tough women but as two wee girls pretending to be tough. The loss of pedro pascals has not been matched by any of the new characters making this season lacklustre
