Ftld F @Fank_B. Dec 25 Absolut sehenswerte, hoch realistische und intiligente Agenten Serie, bei der auch die Action nicht zu kurz kommt. Vor allem aber Spannung durch exzellente Schauspieler und kluges Drehbuch. Behutsam und gleichzeitig rasant um dann wieder die Charaktäre weiter zu zeichnen. Absolute Binge-Empfehlung. Mehr als schade, daß die Serie nicht weitergeführt wurde. Verstehe diese Entscheidung auch nach mehrmaligem Ansehen der Serie immernoch nicht. See more Vinyl C Nov 3 Most disappointing to learn that Season 3 was cancelled. We felt that Season 2 extended and deepened the first series in intriguing and engaging ways. In particular, the growth and development of the daughter’s character was riveting. Yes, the plot was reasonably complex, but it was not that difficult to keep up, given the helpful 'What’s gone before' intros. The geopolitical elements were far from far-fetched and the interplay between the two elderly leads fascinating. Sad that the company shied away from an intelligent, contemporary thriller. Guess it’s that dumbing down process. Again. See more peter h Oct 5 As expected Old Man Season 2 slides into the incredibly stupid in Ep 2 when our American heroes (Emily and crew) decide to save the life of the evil protagonist after he's shot in the stomach at close range in the Afghan wilderness. Not only would he be dead anyway within 30 minutes, any sane person would have finished the job with a few more mercy bullets. Then attempted to go home to the good old USA. This is an elegant look at an impossible situation where the daughter of a warlord is kidnapped to save her and forged American. What happens when she finds out about her roots and familial ties. Now add the intelligence world, the military, middle eastern conflict and financial interests. There are plenty of easy to understand series like lioness, where themes are spoon fed to you while doing the helicopter. Sure it's fun but you will have to eventually learn to feed yourself and refine your taste. See more Tim P Jul 13 After seeing season 1, I was very excited when season 2 finally started. Huge difference between the 2 seasons. Season 2 is bogged, slow, and just boring. The story is not compelling(to me). I am sure it follows the book storyline but phew, it is a slog.
