Daniel O More of the same as in Season 1, and I'm not looking for much more. It's still an easy, light-hearted, turn-off-the-brain show that appeals to people myself: aspiring entrepreneurs, techies, while making stupid jokes. Nothing about this show is award winning or out of the ordinary, but it's a fun and a relaxing way to end the day. They took everything good about the first season and just destroyed it. Luna and Ruby’s characters were totally changed and disregarded. There was no science. All the characters became unlikeable. All the characters are unlikeable. Ellis was meant to be a loving parent who sometimes struggled to show that love in a way that made Jackson comfortable and a boss that is respected and generally, mostly well-liked by his employees- now he’s an uncaring narcissist who only cares about the successor of his company. Luna was such a great character but now she too is ruined. Any progress her character made in season one was just ruined. She was someone who initially struggled to stand up for what she wanted, but then became someone who knew what they wanted and went for it- instead she’s now quite rude and unhappy. There’s also none of the quirkiness that made me initially love the show. It feels like a soap opera that drags instead of a sitcom that flys by.
