Barry Otto
Barry Otto was an actor who was no stranger to being featured in numerous film roles throughout his Hollywood career. Otto kickstarted his acting career in various films such as the Carol Kane comedy "Norman Loves Rose" (1982), "Undercover" (1984) and "The More Things Change" (1985). He also appeared in "Bliss" (1986), "The Marsupials: The Howling III" (1987) and the Dolph Lundgren action film "The Punisher" (1989). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the dramatic adaptation "Dad & Dave - On Our Selection" (1995) with Leo McKern, the Colin Friels crime drama "Mr. Reliable" (1997) and "Cosi" (1997). Otto was nominated for an Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video For a Miniseries, Movie or Special Primetime Emmy Award for "Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band" in 2001. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Rogue" (2008) with Radha Mitchell, the Nicole Kidman dramatic period piece "Australia" (2008) and the sports drama "Newcastle" (2009) with Lachlan Buchanan. Otto most recently acted in "The Dressmaker" (2015) with Kate Winslet.
