Daniel Peacock was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Peacock began his acting career with roles in such films as "Porridge" (1979), "Quadrophenia" (1979) and "Riding High" (1980). He also appeared in "Gandhi" (1982) with Ben Kingsley and "Party, Party" (1982). He continued to act in productions like the action film "Trail of the Pink Panther" (1982) with Peter Sellers, the Derrick O'Connor drama "Bloody Kids" (1983) and the Michael Douglas action flick "Jewel of the Nile" (1985). He also appeared in the drama "The Strike" (1987) with Peter Richardson. Peacock also created music for the comedy "Weird Science" (1985) with Anthony Michael Hall. During the latter part of his career, he continued to act in the Lanah Pellay comedy "Eat the Rich" (1988), the comedy "The Supergrass" (1988) with Adrian Edmondson and "Whoops Apocalypse" (1988) with Loretta Swit. He also appeared in the Neil Morrissey comedy "I Bought a Vampire Motorcycle" (1990) and the Kevin Costner box office smash action picture "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" (1991). Most recently, Peacock wrote "Marley's Ghosts" (UKTV, 2015-).
