Elisabeth Welch
Elisabeth Welch worked on a variety of projects during her entertainment career. Welch worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "The Alibi" (1943) and "Dead of Night" (1945). Welch also appeared in "Keeping Love Alive" (1987) and "16th Annual Black Filmmakers Hall of Fame" (1988-89). Welch's music was most recently featured in the Heathcote Williams dramatic adaptation "The Tempest" (1991). Welch passed away in July 2003 at the age of 99.
