Shaun Parkes

Shaun Parkes was an actor most recognized for his memorable roles in dramatic films. Parkes's acting career began mostly with his roles in various films, such as the dramatic comedy "Human Traffic" (2000) with John Simm, "Rage" (2001) and the Brendan Fraser hit action film "The Mummy Returns" (2001). He also appeared in the Susannah Harker foreign "Offending Angels" (2002) and the Dougray Scott comedic drama "Things to Do Before You're 30" (2005). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Silent Witness" (BBC 1, 1995-). His film career continued throughout the early 2000s in productions like "Joey One-Way" (2006) with Damian Lewis, the Judi Dench dramatic adaptation "Notes on a Scandal" (2006) and the Christina Ricci dramatic adaptation "Penelope" (2008). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Small Island" (2010). Most recently, Parkes acted in "Urban Hymn" (2017).
