Tim Ryan was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Ryan began his acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the Don Stroud action flick "Angel Unchained" (1970), the Everett McGill adaptation "Iguana" (1988) and "You Can't Hurry Love" (1988) with David Leisure. He also appeared in the TV movie "Larry" (CBS, 1973-74). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including parts on "The Last Chance Cafe" (ABC, 1985-86) and "China Beach" (ABC, 1987-1991). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the comedy "Limit Up" (1989) with Nancy Allen and "The Runestone" (1992). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Perry Mason: The Case of the Desperate Deception" (NBC, 1989). He also landed a role in the miniseries "Jackie Collins' "Lucky/Chances"" (1990-91). More recently, he tackled roles on "The Practice" (1996-2004), "Strong Medicine" (Lifetime, 1999-2005) and "Crossing Jordan" (NBC, 2001-07). He also was featured in the TV movie "I Married a Monster" (UPN, 1998-99). Most recently, Ryan worked on the Johnny Depp action-packed comedy "Mortdecai" (2015).
