Giles Hardie Sydney Morning Herald Triangle is lots of violent fun for those who like... violent fun. Rated: 3.5/5 Apr 29, 2010 Full Review Derek Elley Variety The film only makes some kind of sense on its own fantastic level. Nov 10, 2009 Full Review Derek Malcolm London Evening Standard The whole film is smart cinema. I wouldn't be surprised if Smith didn't land up with a contract in Hollywood. Rated: 3/5 Oct 20, 2009 Full Review David Nusair Reel Film Reviews An erratic yet ultimately rewarding time-travel tale... Rated: 3/4 Apr 6, 2016 Full Review Anton Bitel Projected Figures Smith's mind-bending mystery will leave everyone as lost as protagonist Jess, no matter whether they are trapped in an unravelling mind, a never-ending twilight zone - or in the prisonhouse of cinema itself. Dec 1, 2010 Full Review Jason Di Rosso MovieTime, ABC Radio National The film would have been better served by a stronger sense of the metaphor it was trying to construct, but as it is, the unravelling of the puzzle is underwhelming. Audience Member Spoiler alert! Psychological thrillers can be great, IF the writer can imagine an actual reason for the plot. This movie picks up at a mid point between the end and the beginning of a loop with no actual reason for existing. We can't call the car accident the reason, since it happened because of the loop. So what created the loop and the doppelgangers? Answer: A writer who couldn't tie his idea together in a coherent way. And when a studio decides to green light a project that lacks cohesion, no matter how proficient it's cast, you tend to lose over ten million out of a twelve million budget. Not sure whether that was dollars or pounds. Regardless, that's an enormous percentage of the budget that was lost in the Bermuda Triangle of incompetent story telling. Next time this writer presents a screenplay, I would hope that the studio will insist there be a point to the story, lest they be doomed to repeat the same financial horror, over and over again! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/26/24 Full Review Eric N I was really suprised to see such a low audience score at the time of my rating (66%). You need a few IQ points to grasp the movie but it's actually easy enough to follow for most. I was entertained the entire movie. Fast paced, super intense, always a little bit of mystery to keep you wondering, interesting concept. It's great when you understand 90% of the movie as a whole and then get to go down a few youtube rabbit holes to fill any gaps afterwards. Thoroughly entertained, will reccomend to all friends. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/26/24 Full Review Ariel B Ooh my god such a bad movie, that's what you get from checking the reviews in tiktok hahahaha. Only good thing is the time loop paradox. Also who did Tommis haircut Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 06/19/24 Full Review Beatriz P Simply wonderful, the story is engaging and keeps you going until the end and you finish the film thinking and thinking about it. The low review from the audience well...we already know that most people don't like to think. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/18/24 Full Review French C If you want to waste your time this is the movie for you. For once I wish I hadn’t listened to the reviews Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/08/24 Full Review Estevan M it was a good movie, it wasn't slow. it reminded me of that 2002 movie ghost ship, but with no ghost's and a better budget Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/06/24 Full Review Read all reviews
