Review T I really don't understand the rest of the scores. It was tough to watch. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/04/24 Full Review jwcdood 600 miles is one odd flick. It starts off, builds suspense by a slow hint of maybe something is happening; takes a turn as if it's going in some kind of direction; takes a sudden and abrupt turn...and then it's over as if nothing happened at all. And, there's no soundtrack with a considerable amount of dead time. But, it certainly did hold my attention trying to figure out what was happening. The critics gave it high ratings [obviously for cinematic technical reasons] and the audience gave it low ratings {obviously because it wasn't very entertaining). For those who believe reading phone books fir entertainment? This is your flick. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/07/23 Full Review r 9 I enjoyed it. '600 Miles' is fairly simple and doesn't trailblaze anything new, yet for what it is I found entertainment in it. Tim Roth is good and Kristyan Ferrer is solid, I liked seeing them two in a road trip setting. The film does wrap up quicker than I thought it would, but that's not a negative. Nowt special, though suitably watchable. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member It started out with a documentary appeal - then turn into drama and as the movie progress it flat out nosedive into completely nonsense Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/29/21 Full Review Audience Member One of the stupid movies! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member 600 miles is 599 miles too long. Very long on style and not much on substance. The director could have made the same movie by having someone film him driving to and from the set everyday. I'm sure the movie is lauded for its artistic composition, which is great if it was made for a film class. It does nothing for entertainment value. Peter Debruge Variety Ripstein allows long stretches to go by in near-silence, gradually letting the tension build as the SUV travels farther south, deeper into potentially dangerous territory. Dec 9, 2015 Full Review Jessica Kiang The Playlist Boasting a bitter little kick to its ending, 600 Miles otherwise does not reinvent the wheel, but keeps it firmly steady, hands at ten and two. Rated: B- Dec 9, 2015 Full Review Jordan Mintzer Hollywood Reporter 600 Miles doesn't generate the level of nail-biting suspense one expects here, languishing in lengthy driving scenes and other bits of mundane storytelling. Dec 9, 2015 Full Review Hugo Hernández Valdivia Cinexcepción It avoids being explanatory, but the brief strokes that it outlines make it possible to get closer to its characters... Frisach El antepenúltimo mohicano 600 Miles plays with the viewers expectations just to reminds us that arms trafficking isn't heroic or epic, and that violence is born because of the inequities of the capitalist system in the United States.
