Synopsis
The conflict of good and evil is deeply entrenched in the Indian psyche and takes many forms. The movie explores the ancient Indian philosophy that the ultimate battlefield for good and evil is nothing but a human being's body. And the ultimate prize: his soul. "Aks" is a modernistic rendition of this ancient conflict of good and evil. While it takes the form of an avante garde psychological thriller, it is just a structure to explore this timeless philosophy.
