But I gotta say, of the string of straight-to-video dreck, this series turned into, this has got to be my favorite. It's just such a time capsule of the 90s, and features a treasure trove of genre favorite actors. But by the time the demons and gargoyles start showing up, I was having fun. This marks the third time the series has used a storyline of a possessed household item from the original Amityville house to cause havoc elsewhere. A lamp, a clock, and now a mirror. Evidently a tired series with little new to offer although I would still be intrigued to see a household appliance like a blender or toaster from the original house used in a new film.
