We loved this movie! It was hilariously funny. I've not laughed this much at a movie for a long time. My teenage kids also enjoyed it which can be tricky to find a film we all like to watch. Best part was the still Fanta joke - so unexpected, random, and then the film just got even funnier from that moment on! Would recommend.

i just rewatched it after a few years and i mean, it's not the greatest coming-of-age movie, but it is sorta entertaining; the struggles between mother and daughter are very real that even i have gone through most of that stuff. it was nice seeing miley play a different role from the other ones she had done before.

Some films catch you in the right spot at the right time, even if they are not everyone's cup of tea. Cuban Fury is one of those movies I will watch any time it crosses my path. Light-hearted, feel-good fun with a strong lead performance by Nick Frost and an excellent supporting cast. Ranks right up there with Dodgeball and Strange Brew.
