chris s The utter apex of cinema. Directors can go home because they will never make a film that can even consider itself in the same stratosphere as this work of art. George of the Jungle 2 perfectly blends mature, subtle comedy with a fascinating plot that has the viewer thinking by the end of it. The negative reviews of this movie are entirely unwarranted and were likely left by idiots who watched this movie blindfolded. This is a movie everyone should have on their watchlist as it will leave you contemplating a variety of the deep philosophical and existential subjects covered in this movie, such as the ubiquitous presence of classism in the United States, and how George is shunned by those in Vegas for his unorthodox lifestyle. I cannot stress this enough: cinematic masterpiece. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/22/24 Full Review Seth H Well ahead of it's time, this visionary 2003 motion picture captures the zeitgeist of gen z humor with its unapologetic self referencing, and its critic-scorning self assurance. It's amazing, and ought to be required viewing for any major in the arts.
