Ed R Not her best movie, though, at the time Disney Channel produced quality movies which related. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/02/24 Full Review Jon L Lindsay was so good in this! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/24 Full Review Taejhun S I liked when the fake detective ran into a cake so hilarious😂😂😂 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Rosana B Adorei o visual das meninas, os anos 2000 eram tão over, adoro… Lindsay Lohan tão lindinha, uma peninha tudo que essa guria passou na juventude, família problemática, drogas, excessos e ausências, rede de apoio é fundamental… Brenda Song e Bug Hall fofinhos... Filminho de suspense policial infanto juvenil fofinho, adolescente bancando detetive, eu gosto, passatempo gostosim, sem grandes pretensões, apenas distrações... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/26/22 Full Review Audience Member while Lindsay Lohan is able portray her character with ambition, heart and determination it is outweighed by underwhelming dialogue, character interactions and overall plot. the movie is a solid entry but the essence of the movie does not linger after the credits start rolling. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Decent watch, probably won't watch again, but can recommend, particularly for younger audiences. It's definitely inspired by Nancy Drew (they drop the name somewhere as a joke), but isn't one itself. It's a good coming of age / identity story about investigating a mystery: it's somewhat funny, but the premise is that it's stuck up little rich kids (mostly) that have to get a taste of the real world. Sadly, kids and adults, Lindsey Lohan pretty much carries the movie. She does a good job but other actors really had a chance to stand out in this and just didn't. It's not a bad movie, but really, there are other mystery movies, and I'd recommend "Nancy Drew" (Emma Roberts) or "Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase" (Sophia Lillis) over this.
