Stephen Garrett Time Out It's a set-up as muddled as the sexual politics of this mortifying would-be comedy, Rated: 2/5 Nov 18, 2011 Full Review Alonso Duralde AfterElton.com While it's very easy to eviscerate Chuck and Larry from an activist point of view, all one really has to do to slam the flick is look at the lazy, contrived writing and the traffic-cop direction by frequent Sandler accomplice Dennis Dugan. Feb 12, 2010 Full Review Nick Schager Lessons of Darkness One of the year's most stunningly feeble offerings. Rated: D Nov 27, 2007 Full Review James Croot Stuff.co.nz Adam Sandler's worst movie ever. John C As others have said, this movie didn’t age well for many reasons which others have already mentioned. I intentionally avoided this movie for years and watching it only validated my reasoning. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/06/24 Full Review Duncan J The only movie I actually walked out of the theater during. It was THAT BAD. Tasteless stereotypes, wooden acting, sorry plot. What was most unbelievable was Adam Sandler playing a macho firefighter. That role is not in his resume. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 09/09/24 Full Review Krystal D Amazing movie. People say its bad but everyone has their own opinion, mine is the people have bad taste. This movie is underrated. Its a good movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/22/24 Full Review Nitsan S I can't even get through the first scene. Unbelievably dumb. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/29/24 Full Review Audience Member Good comedy with a mix from supporting others and love story - plus has a brief scene with Save Matthews in it Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/16/23 Full Review Larry K Sandler has better movies but this is just a classic Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
