Movie Info

The story of Jack, a fun-loving, scene-stealing primate with a penchant for ice hockey. The friendships this charming chimp forms, the predicaments he finds himself in and the precocious antics he regularly delivers are all a part of the adventures of this rookie player who skates fast, shoots hard and drives everyone bananas.

It's a movie that follows the same formula that Air Bud followed: animal inexplicably becomes excellent at sports, so they let him play. It's shit, and it's not even original shit.

This family movie with a chimpanzee is so funny and surprised to see a deaf girl appear to use her sign languages who befriends a chimp to communicate each other. But sometimes it looks ridiculous with lots of mistake in the scenes between a girl and chimp while they are acting. In the ice-hockey game that gives me good memory since one of my best and favourite family movie, The Mighty Ducks.

A good family movie. I have to say that this is one of the strangest movie I have ever seen. The cover really does not convey the retina burning weirdness that is MVP.
