The misfit cops take their skills to Miami Beach for a police convention and become involved with diamond thieves when one of their bags are switched. Mostly ridiculous attempts at laughs. Most of which are cringeworthy. These movies lost their steam once Steve Gutenberg left the series. Who'd have thunk that.

I know most people do not like this movie, but I love it. It's a guilty pleasure for sure...just mindless fun. Yeah you can watch Stand and Deliver or Rain Man from 1988. Just watch and smile!
