02/24/2009 great movie better book See more 06/23/2008 i think i saw this in history and i think its quite good See more 07/09/2007 i hope i have the right film about slavery!oh my god i watched this at school in geography and 10 years later i still have tears over it!and havent watched it since beacuse it just hurts tooo much!to know people went through this is unablieveable!i don't think it is acknowledged as it should be!god oneof the most heart aching films i have ever watched!the actors where brilliant and directed well!i just cant put it all into words! Charles Cohen am reviewing (not the Bednye Rodstvenniki film as the title suggest) This is an important film. it appeared on our Tv screens as a series but it deserved to be mentioned so i did.
