Sezín Koehler Bitch Media Share sets a groundbreaking new model for a fresh paradigm of post-assault parental behavior. Mar 15, 2021 Full Review Karl Quinn The Age (Australia) For teens and their parents [this film] ought perhaps to be compulsory viewing. A word of advice though: maybe watch in separate rooms. Some things are just not meant to be shared. Aug 1, 2019 Full Review Inkoo Kang Slate Share's ascetic dismissal of concrete details renders the film alienating, even off-putting. Jul 29, 2019 Full Review Tommy James Vague Visages When everything aligns, Share works brilliantly and feels like a true indie hit. Unfortunately, such moments are fleeting, and it ultimately feels like a glorified student film. John B Share is not an easy film to watch. However, with director Pippa Bianco's unfiltered telling of events which are the ruin of the teen and twenty-somethings that live them, and are the feared nightmare for their parents, the measured, authentic, career-making performance of Rhianne Baretto, and a supporting cast who embody characters that frustrate, impress, enrage and inspire you in different measures, this film can be a kick in the guts-take you breath away experience that will grab your attention and not leave your memory for a very long time. Share is not an easy film to watch – and it is an extraordinary film which will impress and haunt you and it should be celebrated for its message and skilful art. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/07/24 Full Review Audience Member I loved it could re watch it a million times Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Tematica attuale toccata in maniera elegante e senza spingere fino in fondo con la potenza delle immagini, che fanno solo intendere, senza aggredire. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This is an understated movie...perhaps understated to a fault at times. Share shows the fallout of a girl humiliated by a video taken by her peers. I think it is as informative as it is heartbreaking, but it also left me feeling a bit numb despite the hell the main character is put through. I'm not sure the movie conveys its narrative all that well leaving a lot for the viewer to piece together or their own. This is fine for the most part, but it can be challenging depending on your mood. This certainly isn't to say the movie is bad as it is quite good, it just has some speed bumps getting there. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member I watched 60 minutes of this film and couldn’t go on any longer. Boring, slow, silence, then slow and boring. Dad finally shows some emotion, then back to slow and boring. Very disappointing film about an important and disturbing issue. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/17/21 Full Review Audience Member Wow. Who woulda thought that bad things happen when you make bad decisions? Oh wait, everyone born before 1990. Let me save you 90 minutes of your life wasted on this: If you get black out drunk, DONT do it around teenage boys. I thought we already learned this for the last 1000 years, did we really need a movie about it? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/18/21 Full Review Read all reviews
