When John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the human resistance against Skynet, sends Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back to 1984 to protect his mother, Sarah (Emilia Clarke), from a Terminator assassin, an unexpected turn of events creates an altered timeline. Every Movie Has a Lesson

As flashy as it is with tremendous and eye-popping special effects, it has created an extremely convoluted mess of merged timelines and revisionist storytelling that treads all over what made the 1984 original and superior 1991 sequel so great.

The weakest of the series. Sub par acting and poor dialogue. Did they care enough to do second takes? Actors talked like they had just read the dialogue a couple minutes earlier. The choice of actors was also poor in my opinion. Amateur effort all around.

the writers finally realized that with time travel they can do ANYTHING, and so they took the timeline, bent it over and made a movie that's just fun to watch, and why is it so wrong to make a movie that's just fun to watch? absolutely amazing film,
