Audience Member This is such a funny and cozy ride, so much heart, and such a good understanding of its genres and tropes Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Kept me on my toes for sure! Watching the series that could finally make a movie is amazing. It's inspiring and the movie itself is fantastic. It's intriguing and make you want to know the ending right away. I kept guessing right at the beginning but I could have never guessed what they made. I enjoyed the chemistry the whole cast had together and how they changed from the series. It was wonderful to see the changes while also enjoying the heroic group I became acquainted with during the series. The group goes on a journey to figure out why Carmilla has started becoming a vampire again. They travel to another place and find themselves stuck in a mansion filled with mysteries and ghosts. They don't understand what's happening until Laura comes clean about her dreams and her interactions with Carmilla's ghostly ex girlfriend. Definitely something I would watch again and again! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Loved the series and movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member A film that pays service to it's loyal fans that migrated from the webseries the movie is based on. A modest budget was squeezed and ringed out with a lot to show for it. Certainly with a bigger budget and more time to fine tune the script, this would have been a blow out. Nevertheless, it is still a good film with a great cast and a relatable story of guilt and redemption to tell. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member need a 2nd film soon Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/24/19 Full Review Audience Member A+ for queer representation and defying the "bury your gays" trope that is so prevalent in film and TV. A great transition from web series to film. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Aug 17, 2021 Full Review Aja Romano Vox As someone who wants queer narratives to feature happy romantic relationships and be charming and have serious characterizations with meaningfully substantive development and plots, I can't help but find it disappointing.
