nick s @Nick_S Feb 8 At its core just another zombie movie with lots of chasing, shooting and screeching. The actors were fine but the lines they were given were corny as anything. If you want something intellectually satisfying you won't find much on offer here. But if you want any excuse to get to the gore, bingo. See more Jeepers C Jan 24 This is a great cold weather watch. An atmospheric setting, slow-burn plot, and suitably creepy climax, led by a capable (if somewhat underutilized) cast. It's a serviceable weeknight popcorn flick that deserves better than the current abysmal ratings. But it was made pretty clear that the real threats were running out of food and humans turning on one another. If emperor penguins can survive the cold in Antarctica by huddling together and taking turns on the outside, then obviously humans could do the same. Come on people…it’s not that hard to suspend disbelief here…. we don’t need to see every single exact & accurate detail of cold weather survival practices to enjoy this movie!
