J Liked details of waste and lies. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/19/19 Full Review Vicki Very eye opening, loved that all the scientific facts were easy to understand. Everyone needs to see this movie! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/18/19 Full Review Dave N Well done - very informative Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/18/19 Full Review Mountain Hicks I really enjoyed the point of view of the narrator telling how his search to speed recovery from injury led him to a plant based diet. There was a nice mix of stories about athletes in different sports & how they are benefiting from plant based eating. The producers added just the right amount of science & social justice to inform the audience without getting nasty with the mainstream. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/18/19 Full Review Catherine E This is an eye-opener. Everyone needs to see this! I think everyone would be captivated! I was moved by the athletic ability of the plant-based athletes portrayed throughout the film. I admire the x-marine working with rangers in Africa to protect endangered animals. James Wilks did an awesome job! The evidence is indisputable that Veganism is best for our health, as well for our planet. And of course, the animals! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/18/19 Full Review Marianne Robertshaw We hope this movie will be shown world wide. It has a very strong message for all the unhealthy people. We could fix our world with less pollution and less cruelty to animals? Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/18/19 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Gary Goldstein Los Angeles Times The movie could have used a more thorough, gram-for-gram comparison of plant-based and animal proteins. No matter, there's much fine food for thought. Sep 26, 2019 Full Review Peter Howell Toronto Star Marshaling scientific data and athletic testimonials that strongly suggests carrots are better than carne if you want to up your energy. Rated: 3/4 May 23, 2018 Full Review Guy Lodge Variety If a few more guys start eating their greens as a result, this blunt but belief-fueled film will have done its job. Mar 8, 2018 Full Review Charles Solomon FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) It deals a lot of in partial facts and incomplete facts. Oct 4, 2019 Full Review Jennie Kermode Eye for Film It's well targeted, lean and muscular. Rated: 3/5 Sep 25, 2019 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation Some cherry picking, but overall, a compelling flood of arguments for a more plant-based diet for athletes and everybody else.
