After arriving safely home from their unprecedented victory in the 74th Annual Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) discover that they must do a quick turnaround and begin a Victors Tour. As she and Peeta travel throughout the districts, Katniss senses a rebellion is stirring. Not sure if it's a hot take, but I think I liked this a bit more than the first one. The issues I had in the first one weren't as present, and I think it sets up the coming films pretty well.

Very entertaining. The second part is almost as good as the first. A dystopian film loaded with action, with a strong cast led by Lawrence. It’s a solid popcorn movie, with a little depth, that leaves you craving for the resolution of the story.
