Critics Consensus

Witlessly broad and utterly devoid of laughs, Vampires Suck represents a slight step forward for the Friedberg-Seltzer team.

Mocking the vampire vogue like a child pulling pigtails (hard), this is playground humour, and the school is definitely gross-out. Go to Full Review

It's almost as cynical as the actual Twilight, and not nearly as funny. Go to Full Review

All but the most die-hard fans can agree that the Twilight movies are spoof-worthy. So it's too bad they don't get a worthy spoof. Go to Full Review

It's been two whole years since the team of Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer subjected us to one of its godawful parodies. Alas, the vacation is over. Go to Full Review

With the level of humor here running to flatulence jokes, groin kicks and high-school smart-aleck cracks, their movie does, indeed, (surely no other critic in the world will be this clever) SUCK! Go to Full Review

See more Adam K Oct 14 I don't care what other people say, this movie is hilarious. Way better than Taintlight or basically any other Twilight parody. The people who complain about this movie obviously don't like slapstick or have any sense of humor. I watched this film years ago and just again today to see if it still was as funny and yes, it was. God I hate Rotten Tomatoes. Just watch the darn movie. See more Joanna B Oct 4 Yes it's meant to be a parody film but I wish they were more creative with it. See more David W Aug 9 How did a script this bad ever get made into a movie? See more Jens B @Jens97 Apr 29 Jenn Proske should have won the Oscar for her inspired performance as Kristen Stewart trying to act. There are a few good jokes in here, if you like low brow humor. But for every chuckle there is an abundance of awful jokes, cringeworthy moments, and extremely dated references. See more Read all reviews
