American born Chinese was so good i loved it, i never right review but I want a season 2. He has been catching my attention for a while, but just yesterday that I decided to watch it and I finish today. It was really good. The reason why it took me a while to click on it was because of the cover of the movie looked a little too fake to me, but I really glad I decided to click on it because I loved it and I really hope they make a season two.

It starts with a good story especially after watching caliber actors Daniel Wu and Michelle Yeoh in it then as it progresses, the story starts to swing into chaos where puberty bad actors, overblown martial art SFX and absurd legendary fantasy storytelling were all jumbled together into this mixed cheesy and ugly bad taste movie. I moved away after eps. 2 to watching a better martial art movie-the Warrior on Max.

Its a shame there will be not be a season 2 because the show left on a cliff hanger. I did enjoy the freshness of the Chinese Gods in California and the show had a good central character who is likeable and also very realistic teenager with a realistic family. Worth a watch.
