Wendy T Every season and episode has left me breathless! So riveting and suspenseful from start to finish! I want more!!! One of the best, interesting and intelligent shows I've seen. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/15/23 Full Review Anita F Love it. The storylines are full of twists and intrigue in each episode. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/29/23 Full Review RICHARD H I just stumbled onto this series. 1st episode was good, mainly because of Lennie James' acting(Detective Gates). 2nd season was good until the end, which completely ruined it. More plot holes than a slice of swiss cheese. Keely Hawes(as Linsay Denton) was terrific. I guess the ending is supposed to be a 'shocker'. But if tou think about it for even a minute, it completely falls apart. Plus, the two lead detectives,Steve and Kate, are smug, totally unlikeable 'good guys'. Maybe they're intended to be that way. Bad decision. After the end of season 2, I lost all interest, being that it was so contrived and unblieliavable. However, seeing that Kelly Macdonald will be in one of the following seasons is reason enought to watch that one Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/22 Full Review Audience Member Engrossing series. Well worth watching. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Keeley Hawes was sensational. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I both love and loath this season. The story is bang on, allowing the actors to kill it, and the directing to be what it should have been in Season 1! The twists, the venom, the constant changing of who you're disliking most... my kind of TV crime thriller Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Alessandra Stanley New York Times Line of Duty stands out as original and surprising. Season 2 is, if anything, even more brutal and thrilling. Oct 17, 2018 Full Review Cameron K. McEwan Digital Spy Throw in the return of the brilliant Craig Parkinson as lovable rogue Dot Cottan and you've got a series that's almost perfection. Oct 17, 2018 Full Review Radio Times Staff Radio Times Outwitting them [AC-12] at almost every turn and earning Keeley Hawes rave reviews for her performance. Oct 17, 2018 Full Review Hannah Dunleavy Den of Geek A lot of this is down to the simple premise of doing the same, but better. Jun 12, 2018 Full Review Claudia Connell Daily Mail (UK) There were plenty of twists and turns and some terrific performances, with a particularly fine one from Adrian Dunbar as a decidedly slippery superintendent.
