David Opie Empire Magazine A tighter focus and more confident plotting sets the stage for what looks to be a satisfying end. The Bad Batch has rarely been this good. Rated: 4/5 Feb 23, 2024 Full Review Keith Garlington Keith & the Movies Helmed by the directing trio of Saul Ruiz, Nate Villanueva, and Steward Lee, “The Bad Batch” Season 3 does an exceptional job bringing this highly entertaining and unexpectedly moving Star Wars story to a close. Rated: 4.5/5 May 13, 2024 Full Review Hayden Mears TV Line Disney Dilution is real, but in its final hour, The Bad Batch cements itself as an earnest, if imperfect, entry in Star Wars mythos. Rated: B May 2, 2024 Full Review James Hanton Starburst In many ways, with its profoundly human focus and near-perfect final note, this is Star Wars at its most pure and satisfying. The Bad Batch cuts through the mess of everything around it to deliver a thrilling, heartwarming, and rousing story. Rated: 4/5 May 2, 2024 Full Review David Hogan hoganreviews.co.uk The Bad Batch Season 3 was another fun and satisfying combination of good old fashioned adventure, fun character development and some nice continuity nods for fans. Rated: 4/5 May 2, 2024 Full Review Julian Lytle RIOTUS While I’ll be sad when the series is over, I like that they told a whole story that worked with a big overarching story and small mission adventures that continue to make the clones the most underrated parts of the entire Star Wars mythos. ron h good but should have just been Clone Wars animation sequel Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/27/25 Full Review Sankalp good S It's a such great finale one of the best clone wars era n our beloved group with such good way n meaningful message with lots of love n heart n action packed adventure love it 💖😃💫🦸‍♂️👏🎉💯👌 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/05/25 Full Review Marco L (CASTELLANO) Ver La remesa mala ha sido como reencontrarse con viejos amigos de The Clone Wars. (ENGLISH) Watching The Bad Batch feels like reuniting with old friends from The Clone Wars. The series doesn’t try to reinvent anything, but it does offer a solid and emotional continuation of the stories left behind in the Clone Wars. From the very first episode, you can feel the affection for these characters and the effort to give them a proper send-off. The animation remains top-notch, with well-executed action scenes and an atmosphere that keeps the spirit of Star Wars alive. While this final season is shorter, it’s also more intense, with bold storytelling choices and some very dark moments. Some episodes truly leave a mark, and others subtly tie into the broader galaxy. Granted, since it doesn’t directly affect the movies, the story doesn’t grip as tightly as other recent entries in the canon. Still, it manages to be moving. Watching Clone Force 99 grow, especially Omega, is what really keeps the series grounded. Ultimately, The Bad Batch might not be the most popular, but it’s definitely one of the most sincere. For fans of The Clone Wars, this farewell feels both bittersweet and well-deserved. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/02/25 Full Review Jim W I loved seasons one and two but season three is even better. I'm just bummed this is the last season. Bad Batch has restored my faith in what Star Wars can be. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/19/25 Full Review Gobinda P Nice storyline and a satisfying end.
