Bakery expert, business professional and author Nancy Birtwhistle has been baking for her whole life. Starting out alongside her grandmother, she honed her craft over the years eventually becoming the Season 5 winner of "The Great British Bake Off." Now, Nancy is on a mission as she travels across America to save struggling bakeries. With the help of her master carpenter, Erik Curtis, she reimagines and revamps recipes, renovates storefronts and puts passionate pastry makers on a path to success.

Victoria G I love this show. The host is so sweet and knowledgeable. I especially love your accent! And the carpenter is such a cutie and super kind. They make a great team🩷 it's refreshing to have an experienced baker giving tips to folks on how to improve and be successful without yelling at and belittling them. She doesn't come in and rebrand their business but tweaks what they already have to give it a polished/professional look. With a little boost in knowledge to help the bakeries run like a well oiled machine. The finished products are breathtaking and refreshing. Who cares if it looks staged a little once in a while. She's a baker not an entertainer. Keep helping folks and I'll keep watching! And thankyou for the recipes! Your show not only helps the baker you're working with, but also the baker in all of us viewers at home. Sharing recipes is a super nice touch. I can't wait to watch many many years more!
