John Nordstrom has had a steady career as a television composer, with his earliest credits coming from the two series "Models Inc." and "Robin's Hoods." After composing music and theme songs for these two shows, Nordstrom worked on the series "Judge Joe Brown," "Intimate Strangers: Unseen Life on Earth," and installments of the "Great Quakes" documentaries: "Great Quakes: Turkey" and "Great Quakes: San Francisco." He also served as composer for "John Glenn: American Hero." During the early '00s, Nordstrom continued to work on non-fiction programming, including beauty pageants ("Miss USA," "Miss Universe," and "Miss Teen USA" in 2003) and episodes of the series "L.A. Forensics." However, he also composed for scripted series including "Veritas: The Quest" and "Las Vegas," as well as for the television movie "Prince William." In the latter half of the decade, he served as composer for the comedy "Unhitched" and the dramas "One Tree Hill" and "Past Life."
