Paul Lazar
Paul Lazar was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Lazar began his acting career appearing in various films, such as "Streamers" (1983) with Matthew Modine, "Married to the Mob" (1988) with Michelle Pfeiffer and the Jodie Foster box office smash dramatic adaptation "The Silence of the Lambs" (1991). He also appeared in the Danny Aiello action picture "29th Street" (1991), the Nick Nolte drama "Lorenzo's Oil" (1992) and the drama "Philadelphia" (1993) with Tom Hanks. He continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in "Arresting Gena" (1998), "Henry Fool" (1998) and "Beloved" (1998) with Oprah Winfrey. He also appeared in the Norman Reedus dramatic adaptation "Six Ways to Sunday" (1999). In his more recent career, he continued to act in the fantastical comedy "No Such Thing" (2002) with Sarah Polley, the action flick "The Manchurian Candidate" (2004) with Denzel Washington and "From Other Worlds" (2007). He also appeared in the crime drama "Anamorph" (2008) with Willem Dafoe and the drama "The Favor" (2008) with Frank Wood. Most recently, Lazar acted in the Chris Evans dramatic adaptation "Snowpiercer" (2014).
