Nell Minow Common Sense Media Schwarzenegger in very violent vigilante film. Rated: 3/5 Dec 22, 2010 Full Review Empire Magazine The plot is laughably bad, and the action not much better. Rated: 1/5 Dec 30, 2006 Full Review Time Out The film's less knee-jerk than it could have been. Feb 9, 2006 Full Review Steve Crum Crum on Showbiz Just use brawn over brain in accepting the logical order of events in this film. Rated: D Jul 17, 2022 Full Review Mike Massie Gone With The Twins The subject matter is timely and relevant, but the attention to action over sincerity dulls the potency of the themes - as any shoot-'em-up Schwarzenegger movie should. Rated: 4/10 Sep 29, 2020 Full Review Rob Nelson City Pages, Minneapolis/St. Paul Straining every muscle not to offend, Collateral Damage counts basic coherence among its own casualties. But it's crystal clear on one point: Taking mercy on the "enemy," women and children included, is for wimps. Aug 21, 2009 Full Review Read all reviews

Joe D This was a great movie. The protagonist's (Arnold Schwarzenegger) anguish and frustration is real and raw. When no one else can or will help, he does what is needed to be done while the law sits on its hands. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/25/23 Full Review mike b Great action flick of the time and holds up for what it's worth. Not a bunch of cheesey one liners or shakey or cut camera angles. Solid cast and an amazing soundtrack. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Another good Arnold movie. Worth your time, suspenseful with a couple good twists. Arnold is always great. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member This is exactly the type of movie that you might catch while surfing on cable television and probably leave while you grab lunch and wash the dishes, it is a well done Arnold movie that gives just what you want sometimes, numb action fun. Not a great fan of the twist and last 20 min of the movie Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review steve d Nothing new here, but it will entertain. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review r 9 A very good action thriller with Arnold Schwarzenegger. This held my interest for the full duration. A lot of the action sequences are fun to watch, it builds tension well and doesn't stick directly to clichés... some of the places it goes with the story are pretty deep. The cast are also very nicely chosen. I'm not saying it's an all-star line-up, but all those involved with the main stuff do a worthy job. Schwarzenegger makes for a great lead as Brewer, he is the ideal actor for this role. Cliff Curtis works as the film's antagonist, this is the best performance that I've seen from him. Francesca Neri (Selena) and John Leguizamo (Felix) also do solid things. It's far from the perfect film of course, but 'Collateral Damage' had me locked in from start-to-finish which is all you want from these sort of productions.
