I was supposed to like this as I am a fan of non commercial cinema but after about forty minutes I had no interest to see where it was going. The acting is good, but it doesn’t seem that any of these characters exhibit normal human behavior.

It was a super cute movie. I wasn't a fan of the ending because I did want mikes character to have a nice resolution. But I liked the way the plot went through the motions and I thought it was super entertaining. I loved skunks character and how realistically it was played.

It was a powerful indictment of humanity versus the Catholic Church's views on suicide, homosexuality, and human frailty. I was truly moved by Sean Bean and the rest of the cast and their lives in a impoverished parish. It reflects that love and kindness is truly what it means to be a Christian-not judgement and lies.
