Steve D 06/24/2023 This one is a mess and I normally enjoy their work. See more 04/06/2017 Fun Abbott and Costello flick with a memorable cameo from everyone's favorite wicked witch, Margaret Hamilton. Set in the backwoods of Kentucky, as Costello tries to prove he's a real McCoy - and find the family's long-lost tresure. Also featuring latter-day Frankenstein Glenn Strange as as enemy 'Winfield.' See more 05/10/2013 a surprisingly weak entry from Abbott and Costello, though the film has its moments. This film is the only great disappointment in their career. See more 07/10/2012 Pretty average film of theirs. I could've done without all the singing. It seems like every comedy team of the era needed this type of filler. Some of the jokes here were classic though. See more 05/13/2012 Below-par for Abbott & Costello; Dorothy Shay sings some songs and, in a change of pace, Margaret Hamilton plays a witch. See more 01/08/2010 There are probably a dozen or so A&C movies that I like better, but this one isn't bad. I love it when Winfield calls him "Wiiiilbert". See more Read all reviews
